At Fashion Allura, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. As we work with our dropshipping partner, our returns and refunds policy is aligned with our supplier's guidelines.
Return Policy
We accept returns for unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging, including the SKU label. Exchanges are not accepted.
Return Window:
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date (as shown on the tracking information).
- Once a return request is approved, items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval to qualify for a full refund.
- For orders delivered in split shipments, the return window starts from the final package delivery date.
Return Criteria
- Returns must meet the above conditions to qualify for a full refund.
- Orders returned without meeting these criteria may incur a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Customer Responsibility:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned package, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following categories:
- Beauty products
- Bodysuits
- Face masks
- Intimates/Lingerie
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Wholesale Orders
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment.
